浙江油田大安平台井口安装自主研发的毫秒级高频压力设备,实时发送到云端,通过云端处理将相关数据发送到公司的计算中心进行数据解密和数据分发,分发后的数据进入超算中心进行波动分析、渗流分析及数值模拟,根据计算结果自动形成解释报告,发送到压裂现场。

现场测试1年多,得到了测试数据,采用自主研发的高频分析软件进行分析计算。

本项目对大安平台高频压力数据进行监测及解释,取得以下测试效果:

对压裂井筒套变套损进行监测。

对压裂期间的射孔-坐封封隔有效性、裂缝开启及暂堵效果评价。

对裂缝规模、改造规模、地层流动参数等进行定量化解释。

对闷井返排和试油试气期间的开井时机、地层裂缝动态进行分析。

对返排期间油嘴更换、产能预测等各种信息进行分析。

对多井平台压窜监测进行预警。

The Da'an platform wellhead of Zhejiang Oilfield is equipped with self-developed millisecond level high-frequency pressure equipment, which is sent in real-time to the cloud. Through cloud processing, the relevant data is sent to the company's computing center for data decryption and distribution. The distributed data enters the supercomputing center for wave analysis, seepage analysis, and numerical simulation. Based on the calculation results, an interpretation report is automatically generated and sent to the construction site.

After over a year of on-site testing, the collected data was analyzed and calculated using a self-developed high-frequency analysis software.

This project monitors and interprets high-frequency pressure data on the Da'an platform, achieving the following testing results:

Monitor the deformation and damage of the fracturing wellbore casing.

Evaluation of perforation setting isolation effectiveness, crack opening, and temporary plugging effect during hydraulic fracturing.

Quantitative interpretation of fracture scale, transformation scale, and formation flow parameters.

Analyze the timing of well opening and the dynamics of formation fractures during shut in flowback and oil/gas testing.

Analyze various information such as nozzle replacement and production capacity prediction during the backflow period.

Early warning of pressure breakthrough monitoring on multi well platforms.
