公司与中石化工程院合作,在井口安装自主研发的高频压力数据和“压缩-膨胀伴侣波”采集设备,实时发送到云端,通过云端处理将相关数据发送到公司的计算中心进行数据解密和数据分发,分发后的数据进入超算中心进行波动分析,根据计算结果自动形成解释报告,发送到压裂现场。

采用专门设置的电路测量,通过硬件滤波、去噪及弱信号放大等技术直接显示“压缩-膨胀伴侣波”波形。

高频数据采集后,设置阈值等参数,在高频压力图中显示压力变化曲线和脉冲变化曲线,确定“压缩-膨胀伴侣波”个数,实现滑套的有效识别,从而能够对通过的滑套数量进行可靠验证。

The company cooperates with Sinopec Engineering Institute to install self-developed high-frequency pressure data and "compression expansion companion wave" acquisition equipment at the wellhead, which is sent to the cloud in real time. Through cloud processing, the relevant data is sent to the company's computing center for data decryption and distribution. The distributed data enters the supercomputing center for fluctuation analysis, and an interpretation report is automatically generated based on the calculation results and sent to the fracturing site.

Using specially designed circuits for measurement, the "compression expansion companion wave" waveform is directly displayed through hardware filtering, denoising, and weak signal amplification techniques.

After high-frequency data collection, threshold and other parameters are set to display the pressure change curve and pulse change curve in the high-frequency pressure graph. The number of "compression expansion companion waves" is determined to achieve effective identification of the sliding sleeve, thus enabling reliable verification of the number of sliding sleeves that pass through.
